Sandra Christie

Sandra Lynn Christie, Glasgow, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. A native of Adair County, she was a daughter of the late Neal and Mary Grant Rubarts. She was a retired LPN at T. J. Samson Hospital, an avid U of L Cardinal Fan, and an avid golfer. She spent a lifetime caring for her family, her flowers, her friends, and her animals.

Survivors include her husband Cecil Christie; her daughter: Angela Duncan; her grandson: Christopher Duncan, who was her pride and joy; her sister: Dixie Davis and husband Kenny, all of Glasgow.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the cemetery. Memorials are suggested to BRAWA, or to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
