Isabella Rose Baker, infant daughter of Donald Walter Queen and Tiffany Rose Baker passed away Friday, January 9, 2015.
Besides her parents she is survived by her maternal grandmothers: Michelle Baker and Maria Baker; maternal grandfather: Thomas Baker, Sr.; maternal uncles: Thomas Baker Jr. and Jim Baker “Sarah”; maternal aunt Emily; maternal great-grandparents: Junior and Judy Bailey; paternal grandmother: Susie Farison; paternal grandfather: Troy Bard; paternal great-grandparents: Bertha and Keith Ranville; paternal Uncle: Ryan Queen; Paternal Aunt: Amanda Turner “Christopher”.
There will be visitation from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
My husband and I are so, so, so sorry for your loss. I can’t even begin to comprehend how it must feels to lose such a dear little one. I remember my grandma saying that she actually began to blame God when she lost my uncle Mikey, who was only a few months old. There were many things that she didn’t understand about the Bible at that time and it made her so worried and scared. Gradually she learned that “death” was never God’s original purpose and that he will soon “swallow up death forever” as told in Isaiah 25:8.
Our hearts truly go out to you all. While words could never fix your pain, may you please remember that Psalms 34:18 actually says that God wants people to be near to them when they are broken at heart.
May you please continue to find comfort in the love of family and true friends.
