Billy Clay Rice Meadows, 54, Cave City, died Friday, October 25, 2013, at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green. He was a former truck driver.
Survivors include his mother: Lillie Mae Rice of Glasgow; his fiancée: Fredia Manley; five children: Nathan Meadows, Billie Jo Price, Taylor Jackson, Anthony Busboom, and Steven Lewis; one grandson: Mason Meadows; one brother: Timmy Riley; six sisters: Shirley Rice Walker, Linda Rice Netherton, Joan Delk, Norma Rice Wilson, Bonnie Riley, and Peggy Bailey; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: Robert Clay Rice; and one sister: Brenda Rice.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
