Donald Thomas, 81, Bowling Green, died Friday, June 21, 2013, at Rosewood Health Care Center. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late Jack and Annie Mae Jones Thomas. He was a retired drill press operator, a volunteer at Boys Club of Bowling Green, a former Foster Grandparent, and a member of the Bowling Green First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include his wife Judy; two sons: Larry Thomas of Virginia Beach, Chris Thomas and his wife Jeanna of Franklin; three grandchildren: Kaitlyn Thomas of Bowling Green, Tiffany Nicole Thomas and Cody Wayne Thomas of Virginia Beach; one great-grandson: Cameron Riley Thomas; two brothers: Douglas Thomas and Ernest Thomas both of Glasgow; one sister: Edna Ashley of Louisville; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Lester, Raymond, Kenneth, and Richard Thomas; and three sisters: Elizabeth Carroll, Ethel Ogden, and Wilma Thomas.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
