My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you! Kathy & I always had so much fun playing together when I would visit Debby & Jackie. The fun times continued through high school too. Kathy could always make you laugh! I know you will miss her very much & prayers are going up for you as you face the tough days ahead.

  2. Larry Jewell says:

Kathy was my client and, more importantly, my friend for over 20 years. I will surely miss her sometimes strange little texts and emails and her caustic sense of humor. Rest peacefully now and know that I have included Helena and Mr & Mrs Spears in my prayers.

  3. Jamie Greer Camacho says:

Although I havent been in touch with kathy in years I have thought of her so very often! I have tried to find her to get back in touch since she was my best friend at 1 time and we had SO much fun together. Now to hear that this has happened!!! Breaks my heart. Mr and Mrs Spears I have also thought of you so very often. Kathy was such a special person those years ago and I know that her thoughtful soul stayed with her. Have to be a special person to be a nurse, esp to work in the place she worked. Just goes to show what good upbringing she had. My prayers are with you today tomorrow and all the days ahead.

Where do I begin, Kat and I have been best friends for 19 years, we have shared lots of laughs, some tears and fought like sisters, but I always loved her, I always considered her and her family like my own. I will miss you Kat, but I will ALWAYS remember all the wonderful moments that I had you in my life, you were with me through many things, and listened to me when I needed an ear. You always brightened my day, there were times when we lost touch for a moment but never forgot each other, EVER! You were also a wonderful nurse and cared so much for people, that takes a special person, and I know that your family meant so much to you as well, you always talked about shopping and going places with your mom and going fishing with your dad, and how they did so much for you, and I also know how Helena was such a blessing in your life, as u have been such a wonderful blessing in mine and my families life, we will miss you, and my sympathies go out to the family, please do not hesitate to call me anytime, I love you Spears family and I love you Helena, I am here if you need me.
