Virginia Gail Poynter

Virginia Gail Poynter, 56, Edmonton, died Saturday, September 1, 2012, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Metcalfe County, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Bowles Allbright.
She is survived by one brother, Lawrence Allbright and wife Teresa of Glasgow; three half-brothers, William Abner, Larry Abner, and Verlon Allbright; two half-sisters, Evelyn Edwards and Ollie Harbison; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Kenneth Abner and Roger Abner.
The family chose cremation. A memorial graveside service will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
I was so shocked to hear of Gails death. She was much too young to go. She was my cousin, & I will miss her deaply. Love Janet
