Will Cheatham

June 6, 1927          ~          July 5, 2012

Will Cheatham, 85 of Glasgow, died, Thursday, July 05, 2012. He was the son of the late Horace Cheatham and Easter Mae Collins Cheatham. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by one son: Jerry Cheatham “Cheryl”, one daughter: Patricia Chapman “Jim”; eleven grandchildren: Robert Jackson, Brandie Uehlin, Jesse Chapman, Michael Chapman, Jeremy Cheatham, Michael Cheatham, Luke Cheatham, Dewy Cheatham, Betty Lou Cheatham, Michael Fraleigh and Heather Herzog; six sisters: Louise Tarey, Evelyn Marcum, Bertha Williams, Linda Byrd, Mary Matthews and Joann McCoy; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two children: George Samuel Cheatham and Geraldine Cheatham; two brothers; John Sam Cheatham and James Howard Cheatham.

Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
