Linda Rose Foley, 65, Glasgow, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at her residence. A native of Mount Vernon, KY, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy Payne. She was an instructor at P.J.’s College of Cosmetology.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Foley; one son, Anthony Scott Delk of Las Vegas; four sisters and three brothers.
The family chose cremation. No services are planned at this time. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home assisted the family.

I had Linda as a teacher at PJ’s, she is amazing person and a great teacher. She always had a smile on her face no matter how she felt. She was very proud of her son, and was a loving wife. She was a very positive person and would find a way to get you to laugh and smile and break the ice in a new class. She was a very inspiring women and I looked up to her. I will miss her smiling face. My prayers are with her husband, son, and family and friends.
