Kenneth Hugh Shirley

Kenneth Hugh Shirley, 62, formerly of Glasgow, died recently at his residence in Louisville. The Barren County native was a son of the late Hugh and Beatrice Jesse Shirley and was an employee of the Bemis Packing Company.

He is survived by six children, Kenneth H. Shirley, Jr., Lisa Shirley, Teresa Kuhl, Joseph Shirley, Dana Kauphusman, and Seth Shirley; five brothers, Clarence Shirley, Paul Shirley, Howard Shirley, Richard Shirley, and Ron Shirley; four sisters, Ruby Dulworth, Sue Jones, Janice Euliss, and Joyce Wolf; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family chose cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
