Edward Donald Logsdon, 88, Glasgow, died Saturday, April 07, 2012, at his residence. A native of Vine Grove, KY, he was a son of the late Horace and Bertha Williams Logsdon. He was a veteran of WW II, having served with the United States Marines, and then became an employee of the United States Civil Service, stationed at Ft. Knox. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Opal Wood Logsdon; one daughter, Vickie Cornelius and her husband, Jimmy, of Smiths Grove; one granddaughter, Laura Reynolds and husband, Chris, of Bowling Green; two great-grandsons, Logan and Carson Reynolds; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Charlie Logsdon; one granddaughter, Megan Cornelius; one brother Clifford Logsdon; two sisters, Celestine Viers and Lucille Baysinger.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
