Mary Evelyn Kessenger, 77, of Glasgow died, Saturday October 15, 2011. She was the daughter of the late James Ivan Davis and Nell Farley Davis.

She is survived by two daughters: Mary Rebecca Bushong “Bob” and Sharon Kimbrough “Billy”; four grandchildren: Travis Kessenger, Scotty London, Willie Albany and Dwight C. Bushong; three great-grandchildren: Trista Kessenger, Tucker Kessenger and Morgan Love; two special nieces: Betty Tibbs and Delsie Bruton.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands: Clinton Kessenger and J. Wood Vance; two sons: David Kessenger and Scotty Kessenger.

There will be a memorial service at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery Saturday, October 22, 2011 12:00 noon. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
