Wendell C. Froggett

Wendell C. Froggett, 88, Hiseville, died Friday, August 26, 2011, at Hospice Center of Southern Kentucky. A native of Green County, he was a son of the late Clarage and Lula Mae Boston Froggett. He was a farmer and owner of the Froggett Grain Company.

Survivors include his wife, Nina Mae Piper Froggett; one daughter, Stephanie Dye (Barry) of Bowling Green, and one son, Harrison Froggett of Hiseville; four grandchildren, Adam Froggett (Misty) of Glasgow, Allison Froggett of Knob Lick, Chrissy Anderson of Bowling Green, and Casey Dye (Kasey) of Nashville; three great-grandchildren, Blake, Lauren, and Madison Anderson; one sister, Mazetta Clossman of Troy, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy, and one sister, Virginia.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to United Cerebral Palsy or National Parkinson Foundation.
