  9. David German says:

To the Staples and Forbis families,
Mr. Staples was a pleasure to be with, always courteous, a smile on his face and often a story to tell. He blessed me again when I heard he had died on his knees, no doubt giving one last prayer to Jesus before seeing him face to face. May we all be as close to Jesus in this life as brother Richard was.

    Sincerely,
    David German

  10. Dwayne Cook says:

Please know that my families prayers are with you all. Rowletts Baptist Church was very blessed to have Bro. Richard preach there many times and he made a lasting impact on that congregation. Praise God for the men who have kept the fires burning. There have been some of whom this world was not worthy. (Hebrews 11:38) God saw this as a precious moment. (Psalm 116:15) He knows his saints by name and they are never forgotten. The God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3) now has called another warrior home and we are saddened by this loss. His legacy of Godliness continues on and will not be forgotten. I pray that you all may be encouraged by the Holy Spirit and the memories of times spent together worshiping our Lord. God Bless.

  11. Josh England & Family says:

It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now,it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. With Deepest Sympathy and Prayers to the Family
