Mary Rose McClure, 67, Glasgow, died Thursday, January 13, 2011, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A daughter of the late Clarence and Rachel Wilson Avery, she was a retired employee of ACK Controls in Glasgow and was a Baptist by faith.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe McClure; two sons, Kevin McClure and Terry McClure of Bowling Green; one step-daughter, Patricia Osborne and husband, Tim, of Hartford, KY; one grandson, William McClure of Elizabethtown; one sister, Delores Fletcher of Valley Station; two brothers-in-law, Sheril McClure (Jolane) of Arkansas and Danny McClure (Sally) of Louisville. She was preceded in death by one brother, James Avery.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

    we are very sorry for your loss , we want you to know it was a great pleasure being able to help care for your wife durring her illness and we want you to know that if there is anything we can do for you please call us , we will keep you in our prayers . you were very good to her and i know you being there brought her comfort , just make sure you take care of yourself as well
