Charles Herbert Reece
June 2, 1938 ~ January 10, 2011
Charles Herbert Reece, 72, of Knob Lick, died Monday, January 10, 2011. He is the son of Margaret Ennis Reece and the late Herbert Reece. He was a member of the Wisdom Faith Community Church.
Besides his mother he is survived by his wife: Joyce Polson Reece; one son Terry Reece and his wife Debbie; two daughters: Genice Jessie and her husband James and Teresa Perkins: four grandchildren: Haley Perkins, Ethan Perkins, Hunter Jessie and Connor Jessie; one great-granddaughter: Aubrey Thompson; five brothers: James Ray Reece and his wife Donna, Stanley Reece and his wife Shelby, Walter Reece and his wife Runell, George Reece and his wife Eloise and Larry Reece and his wife Kathy; one sister: Sharon Wells and her husband Terry; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at the Wisdom Faith Community Church with Bro. Earlene Branstetter officiating. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Thursday at the Wisdom Faith Community Church and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the Wisdom Faith Community Church. Burial will be in the Wisdom Faith Community Church Cemetery. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Our hearts ache for you in this tragic loss. We thought a lot of Charles; he was always so nice and friendly anytime we were around him. We will be praying for all the family in the days and weeks ahead.
