Thelma Pedigo Sartin, 92, Horse Cave, died Thursday, July 08, 2010, at the Hart County Health Care Center. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Ellen Mansfield Pedigo. She was a retired employee of Sharp Bedding, a member of the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church, and had served as President of the Resident’s Council at Hart County Health Care.

Survivors include a niece, Pam Anson (John) of Prospect, KY; 5 grandchildren, Velvet Scott (Roger), Wesley Pedigo (Sandy), and David Pedigo (Debbie) all of Cave City, Donnie Pedigo (Jan) of Kino, Joe Pedigo of West Virginia; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Joe Pedigo; one son, James Pedigo; two brothers, Robert Pedigo and Earl “Doc” Pedigo; four sisters, Irene Staples, Anna Barnett, Wilma Thompson and Nell Oakes.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
