Gladys E. Kerney

Gladys E. Kerney, 82, of Glasgow, died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at the Barren County Health Care Facility. She was the daughter of the late George Elmore and Ida Bell Waller Elmore.

She is survived by one son: Wilbur Kerney and his companion Sharon Cates; six daughters: Sharon Richardson and her husband Jack, Vicky Walden, Virginia Kerney, Elizabeth Meek, Sarah Bragg and her husband Keith and Barbara Ramming; four sisters; Beatrice Williams, Maurine Chapman, Dorothy Jones and Margaret Eatman; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Two caregivers: Carolyn Wheeler and Debbie Wyatt

She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Kerney; one brother: Edward Elmore; one sister: Ruth Hale

Arrangements are under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. There will be no services. Burial will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
