Frances Wilson Goodman Duff, 88, died on May 2, 2009, at Hart County Health Care.

She was born on July 29, 1920, in Dry Fork, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Riley Wilson Goodman and Eva Lewis Goodman. She was the wife of the late Roger E. Duff of Hiseville. She was a member of Hiseville Christian Church and a graduate of Temple Hill High School. She was a homemaker, gardener, and an employee of Kentucky Pants Co. for over 40 years.

Survivors include her daughter, Martha Rose (Jerry) Polson of Cave City, a son, Bobby (Sandy) Duff of Glasgow, three grandsons, Frank Trevor Polson of Cave City, Bradley Goodman Duff, and Joshua Ryan Duff both of Glasgow and their mother, Peggy E. Duff, a brother, Jacob D. (Colleen) Goodman of Boynton Beach, FL, and a sister-in-law, Ruth Goodman of Bowling Green, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Joe Lewis Goodman, Bryan Goodman, Jimmie Goodman, Paul Goodman, Sewell Goodman, and sisters, Elizabeth G. Taylor, Maggie Morrison, Kathleen Thomerson, and Mary Jane Goodman.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2009, at the funeral home.
