James P. Walton, 84, of Hiseville, died Monday, March 03, 2008 at the Glenview Health Care Center. He was the son of the late Gideon Earl Walton and Frances Mitchell Saunders Walton. He was a painter, artist and a member of the Hiseville Methodist Church.
He is survived by two sisters: Elna Locke of Hiseville and Emma Stacy of Tucson, Arizona; nieces and nephews: Donna Seymour, Todd Allen, Ed Allen, Shelley Gillespie and John Stacy, and their families. Also several cousins survive.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy make take of the form of donations to the Hiseville Methodist Church.
