Sarah Eliza Gill Boyd, 90, Glasgow, died Friday, March 10, 2006, at the NHC Health Care Center.   A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Jim Cam and Ann Lizzie England Jessie.  She was a retired inspector at Hamilton Cosco in Columbus, IN, and had worked at Kentucky Pants Co. and Miller & Payne Dry Cleaners in Glasgow.  She was a member of the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Carroll Gill of Glasgow and Max Gill and his wife, Joyce of Lexington; seven grandchildren, Sarah Ashford and her husband, Russell, and Beth Goidel, and her husband, Kirby, of Lexington, Douglas Gill, Billy Jackson and wife, Vickie, Eddie Carroll Jackson and wife, Janet, Linda Stephenson and husband, Archie, and Tabitha Jackson and her friend, Timmy Glass all of Glasgow; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Edward Gill and John E. Boyd; one daughter, Eddie June Jackson and her husband, Roy Jackson; one daughter-in-law, Emily Gill; two grandsons, Larry Jackson and Donald Joe Gill; nine brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2006, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
