Jimmy Earl Catron, 55, of Glasgow, died Monday, September 09, 2002 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Tennessee, he was the son of the late Otto and Dorothy Wright Catron. He was a disabled miner and an artist and had been a resident of NHC Health Care in Glasgow for the past 30 years.

Survivors include three sisters, Audrey Reliford of Columbia, Lucille Hardin and her husband, Don, of Breeding, and Frances Johnson of Poland, Indiana; two nephews, Jack Catron and Shawn Reliford; six nieces, Paula Gregory, Tina Hunter, Janice Bowlin, Connie Everett, Pamela Hicks and Penny Poe.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the NHC Health Care Center Chapel with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home and after 11:00 a.m. Thursday at NHC Chapel.
