From Donna Cook( Humphrey) I just wanted to say a few things about Aunt Minnie she was always so touching in so many lives,I can remember so many things about when I was a kid going down to Ky when pappy was here,Aunt Minnie knew I always loved chocolate soldier drink and she always had me one in the store. I'll never forget going to Ky. it was one of the things I was always looking for going, Oh those breakfasts that Aunt Minnie made they were so wonderful, what about when she showed me how to milk a cow! Aunt Minnie your up there with mama,Dad,and Uncle Garnet, & Brenda and boy what a gathering it must be. I LOVE YOU and you will be missed!

when i was a young kid my grandpa JIM Humphrey took me to KY to visit aunt Minnie i had a great time with her she showed and she showed me how to milk cows and churn butter and cream and she fixed giant home cook meals that could feed armies I had so much fun being with her on the farm I remember that we went and sold produce from her farm. I' ll never forget the fun we had when we , as a family went to Kentucky on vacation to see all of our family. Aunt Minnie cooked the biggest meals I have ever seen. She thought she was feeding a army. I am not talking one meal but all the meals were like that.At this time they still lived on the old farm. It had log rail fense and some large bore pigs,boy were they mean. A couple of years ago Joy and I surprised Aunt Minnie and came down for the weekend . She was really shocked too. We stayed up late talking and laughing we had alot of fun .Aunt Minnie will truely be missed but not forgotten. God came and took her home . I know she had alot of family there to greet her home.
