Kim, I am truley sorry about your loss. It has been a long time since we have communicated but I always loved your grandparents- Nelda was the bomb. If there is anything that I will. I miss your mom and did not know that she had passed after I moved away- I lost touch but you and your family will be in my prayers and in my heart. I can honestly say that some of my fondest memories in life are connected in some way to Ed Albany. Beginning as a 3rd grader playing on the Hornets, and continuing on through the years as a close family friend. I can remember sitting in the kitchen at his house and ours, listening to him and Eric playing the guitar. Countless more hours I spent listening to stories and jokes as Ed and my dad sat around the table. It is impossible to try and sum up a man as wonderful as Ed in a few short sentences. Let me simply say that I considered him to be an honorable man, who did as much for the youth of Glasgow as any man before or since. I will miss him greatly.
